Philosophical counselling might be the right kind of help for you if:

  • You don't have serious mental illness

  • You are more or less rational or emotionally stable

  • The practice of psychologists and psychiatrists doesn't appeal to you

  • Your problems concern ethics, purpose, sense-making, truth, justice, identity, existence, relationship with the Divine

I might be a good fit for you if:
  • You are interested in a transcultural perspective

  • You have a multicultural background

  • You are drawn towards spirituality

  • You are not afraid of being challenged

What to Expect


As a big-picture dialogue, philosophical counselling wouldn’t and shouldn’t keep you for long. You should become clearer about what to do next within 1-3 sessions, even if that entails going for other forms of therapy (I'm happy to explore that with you). If you desire to consult me on a longer term basis, it's best that it serves as check points for you to locate where you are in your journey.
