About the event

Anapana is a simple but powerful technique for the cultivation of self-awareness. It leverages the natural breath - the bridge between the consciousnes and the subconscious mind - to redirect attention from external distractions to the centre of our beind. This allows us to live a self-examining and self-determining life, and therefore a free and worth-living life… according to some philosophers.

Leanna Chan is a philosophical councellor dedicated to promoting a peaceful and meaningful way of life through self-examination and self-determination. She believes that a philosophical approach to life is especially important to those who sort to live in harmony among diversity and those who wish to navigate uncertainty with wisdom. She has been a Vipassana meditator for 5 years.
